Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 egg yolks
- 375 g butter
- 190 g sugar
- 500 g flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
for cutting out, for approx. 60 pieces.
Mix everything together to form a dough. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Roll out, cut out shapes, and decorate. Bake at ~160°C for +/- 10 minutes.
