- 3 Ous durs
- 3 cda Crema d’amanida
- 3 cda Iogurt baix en greixos
- 1 Pr Sugar
- Pebre salat
- 1 culleradeta curri
- 1 menor poma
- 2 Ceba tendra
instruccions
- Mix the salad cream, yoghurt and curry ..... season with salt, pepper and sugar
- Wash the apples, quarter them and remove the core, halve the quarters lengthways and cut into small slices, then mix with the curry cream
- Clean the spring onions and cut into rings, add the white pieces to the cream and mix in, set the greens aside
- Divide the curry cream on 2 plates, peel and quarter the eggs ..... arrange 6 pieces each on the plate and finally sprinkle with the green onion rings
