Ingredients
 

  • 1 roll Finished puff pastry
  • 1 can Half apricots
  • 100 g Grated hazelnuts
  • 50 g Marzipan
  • 2 dL Milk
  • 1 dL Cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Sugar or sweetener
  • 4 slices Toast cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp Sugar, butter

Instructions
 

  • Lay out the puff pastry in the tray and sprinkle with grated hazelnuts. Spread the apricots skin down on the dough. Put a cube of marzipan in each half of the aporicose. Preheat the oven to 180 °. Tart for 10min. put in the oven.
  • 2nd topping: Whisk milk, cream, sugar and 2 eggs together and pour over the pre-baked flan. 10min. continue baking.
  • Roast the toast cubes in a pan with a little butter, caramelize with the sugar and spread over the pre-baked flan. Another 15-20min. finish baking in the oven. This goes well with white coffee.
