Crispy Apricot Tart
The perfect crispy apricot tart recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 role Finished puff pastry
- 1 Can Half apricots
- 100 g Grated hazelnuts
- 50 g Marzipan
- 2 dl Milk
- 1 dl Cream
- 2 piece Eggs
- 3 Tablespoon Sugar or sweetener
- 4 Discs Toast cut into cubes
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar, butter
- Lay out the puff pastry in the tray and sprinkle with grated hazelnuts. Spread the apricots skin down on the dough. Put a cube of marzipan in each half of the aporicose. Preheat the oven to 180 °. Tart for 10min. put in the oven.
- 2nd topping: Whisk milk, cream, sugar and 2 eggs together and pour over the pre-baked flan. 10min. continue baking.
- Roast the toast cubes in a pan with a little butter, caramelize with the sugar and spread over the pre-baked flan. Another 15-20min. finish baking in the oven. This goes well with white coffee.
