Cucumber Salad with Horseradish and Cress

- 5 Cucumber
- 200 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
- Cress (garden cress)
- Freshly grated horseradish
- Pepper from the grinder
- 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Chopped onion
- 5 Wash the mini cucumbers and dice with the skin.
- Approx. Mix a teaspoon of freshly grated horseradish lemon juice and the chopped onion with the yoghurt.
- Add the cucumbers to the yogurt.
- Carefully add the cress (half a bowl). Season to taste with salt and green pepper from the mill.
