Cucumber Salad with Horseradish and Cress

The perfect cucumber salad with horseradish and cress recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 Cucumber
  • 200 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • Cress (garden cress)
  • Freshly grated horseradish
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Chopped onion
  1. 5 Wash the mini cucumbers and dice with the skin.
  2. Approx. Mix a teaspoon of freshly grated horseradish lemon juice and the chopped onion with the yoghurt.
  3. Add the cucumbers to the yogurt.
  4. Carefully add the cress (half a bowl). Season to taste with salt and green pepper from the mill.
