- 2 baguette
- 1 ergyd Olew olewydd
- 1 criw Rosemary
- 150 g Arugula
- 250 g Tomatos ceirios
- 200 g selsig chorizo
- 50 g Parmesan
- 1 Winwns Goch
- 2 llwy fwrdd Finegr balsamig
- 1 llwy fwrdd mêl
- 1 llwy fwrdd Mwstard
- 1 pinsied Pepper
- 1 pinsied Halen
Cyfarwyddiadau
- Cut the baguettes into small cubes and fry them in a pan with olive oil and rosemary. Peel the onion and cut into small pieces like the chorizo and fry lightly in a second pan.
- Arrange the rocket and tomatoes in a bowl. Mix a marinade of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard and a little pepper and salt and pour over the salad. Then add the bread cubes and the chorizo and stir in carefully. Slice fresh Parmesan over the salad and serve.
