Salads: Turkey Meat Salad

- 100 g Turkey meat from the legs, rest
- 2 Pickled cucumbers
- 2 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp Herbal cream *
- 1 pinch Pepper

Cut the meat into small pieces and mix with the eggs chopped with the egg cutter, the cucumber cut into small cubes and the herb cream.
Season to taste with pepper and serve with a fresh roll or a slice of toasted bread.
