Salads: Turkey Meat Salad

Ingredients

  • 100 g Turkey meat from the legs, rest
  • 2 Pickled cucumbers
  • 2 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp Herbal cream *
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the meat into small pieces and mix with the eggs chopped with the egg cutter, the cucumber cut into small cubes and the herb cream.
  • Season to taste with pepper and serve with a fresh roll or a slice of toasted bread.
