- 100 g Turkey meat from the legs, rest
- 2 piece Pickled cucumbers, here from Kühne “Schlemmertöpfchen mit Honig”
- 2 piece Hard-Boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoon Herbal cream *
- 1 pinch Pepper
- * dieses Mal aber ohne Kräuter
- Cut the meat into small pieces and mix with the eggs chopped with the egg cutter, the cucumber cut into small cubes and the herb cream.
- Season to taste with pepper and serve with a fresh roll or a slice of toasted bread.
