Ingredients
 

  • 180 g Flour
  • 1 tbsp Ginger bread spice
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • -
  • 55 g Butter
  • 200 g Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 120 ml Milk
  • -
  • 4 Speculoos biscuits
  • -
  • 110 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 150 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinammon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 170 °
  • 1) mix the first four dry ingredients.
  • 2) Mix butter, sugar, egg white and milk. Gradually stir in the flour mixture.
  • 3) Pour 1 tablespoon of batter into each mold.
  • 4) Spread the speculoos on the dough.
  • 5) cover with dough and bake for 25-30 minutes (stick test!) Let cool on a wire rack.
  • For the frosting, mix the last 4 ingredients and sprinkle them on the cooled cake.
