Gingerbread – Speculoos – Cupcakes
The perfect gingerbread – speculoos – cupcakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 180 g Flour
- 1 tbsp Ginger bread spice
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt

- 55 g Soft butter
- 200 g Vanilla sugar -from my KB-
- 2 Protein
- 120 ml Milk
- ——————————-
- 4 Speculoos biscuits

- 110 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 150 g Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- Preheat the oven to 170 °
- 1) mix the first four dry ingredients.
- 2) Mix butter, sugar, egg white and milk. Gradually stir in the flour mixture.
- 3) Pour 1 tablespoon of batter into each mold.
- 4) Spread the speculoos on the dough.
- 5) cover with dough and bake for 25-30 minutes (stick test!) Let cool on a wire rack.
- For the frosting, mix the last 4 ingredients and sprinkle them on the cooled cake.
