- 400 g Vexetais imperiais conxelados
- 1 Pc Cebola
- 30 g Parmesano, relado
- 2 sopa Manteiga
- 1 beliscar Pementa Chayenne
- 1 beliscar Sal
- 2 sopa Caldo de verduras
- 1 beliscar Allo en po

- Dissolve the vegetable stock in 5 liters of water and bring to the boil.
- Let the frozen vegetables cook in the water until they are al dente. And then pour it off.
- Chop the onion and melt the butter in a pan. Add the salts and garlic powder.
- Add the vegetables to the pan and sear them, stirring gently. Season with the chayenne pepper
- Reduce the temperature and spread the grated Parmesan cheese over the vegetables. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt.
