Sinadaran
Kaza nono fillet curry tare da madara kwakwa:
- 550 g Fresh nono fillet
- 1 barkono ja, kimanin. 200 g, tsabtace
- 100 g Baƙin dusar ƙanƙara
- 100 g Brown namomin kaza
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 200 ml Kayan lambu broth (1 teaspoon nan take)
- 400 ml madarar kwakwa / 1 gwangwani
- 3 manyan tsunkule M gishiri gishiri daga cikin niƙa
- 3 manyan tsunkule barkono mai launi daga niƙa
- 1 tbsp Maɗaukakin curry foda
- 2 tbsp Taɓa Tapioca
- 50 g Gyada mai gishiri
- 5 Mai tushe Coriander
Farin kabeji shinkafa *): (Na mutane 2!)
- 1 Ƙaramin farin kabeji / tsabtace kuma an raba shi zuwa florets kimanin. 250 g
- 1 tsp Salt

Kaza nono fillet curry tare da madara kwakwa:

Deglaze / zuba a kan kayan lambu (200 ml / 1 teaspoon nan take) da madara kwakwa (400 ml). Bari komai ya dafa don kimanin minti 5. Ki narkar da sitaci tapioca a cikin ruwan sanyi kadan sannan ki juye ciki, da zarar komai ya yi kauri, sai ki cire wok daga murhu. Gasa gyada a cikin kwanon rufi ba tare da mai ba kuma a yayyafa shi da ganyen coriander da aka tsinke a kan wok.
