Sinadaran
Karas barkono steaks:
- 2 150 g na paprika steaks a cikin marinade
- 2 tbsp Man sunflower
Masara:
- 1 Can Masara / magudanar nauyi 285 g
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 manyan tsunkule M gishiri gishiri daga cikin niƙa
- 1 tbsp Ruwan soya
- 500 g Dankali (na uku)
- 1 tsp Salt
Umurnai
Karas barkono steaks:
- Zafafa man sunflower (cokali 2) a cikin kaskon gasa a soya naman alade da barkonon karar kararrawa a ciki na tsawon mintuna 3 a bangarorin biyu sannan a fitar da su.
Masara:
- A zubar da masara ta hanyar sieve a dafa / toya a cikin karamin saucepan tare da man shanu (1 tbsp. Sake motsawa akai-akai. A ƙarshe, ƙara gishiri mai zurfi daga cikin niƙa (manyan pinches 2) da gasa ruwa (1 tbsp) kuma a sake soya da ƙarfi. Wannan ya kamata ya samar da launi mai duhu a kasan tukunyar (caramelize!). Nan da nan cire tukunyar daga murhu.
Sau uku:
- Kwasfa da wanke kananan dankalin, a dafa a cikin ruwan gishiri ( teaspoon 1 na gishiri) kamar minti 20 kuma a zubar.
Yi aiki:
- Ku bauta wa naman paprika tare da masara da sau uku. Idan ya cancanta, ɗigo kaɗan daga cikin ruwan gasa a kan dankalin.
