Sinadaran
- 1 Broccoli, kimanin. 300 gr.
- 1 Albasa
- 1 wasu Tafarnuwa
- 1 kananan Tushen faski
- 1 karamin kara seleri
- 1 tsp sugar
- Man shanu da aka bayyana
- 600 ml Kayan lambu broth
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt
- Black barkono daga niƙa
- Lemun tsami
- Chilli barkono
- Ganye
Umurnai
- Tsaftace broccoli kuma yanke tushe daga cikin furanni. Kwasfa da finely yanka albasa. Kwasfa karamin tafarnuwa (girman hazelnut) a yanka ta da kyau. Sai kawai a ɗauki ɗan ƙaramin tushen faski da seleri kuma a yanka da kyau.
- Zafafa man shanu da aka bayyana kadan sannan a zufa albasa, seleri, tushen faski da tafarnuwa sosai. Sa'an nan kuma ƙara broccoli da gumi kuma don wani minti 5. Yayyafa sukari a kai kuma bari ya yi caramel dan kadan. Yanzu zuba a cikin kayan lambu da aka rigaya da aka rigaya kuma simmer komai a kan zafi kadan har sai broccoli ya yi laushi.
