Sinadaran
Mix kayan yaji:
- 2 tbsp Man mai
- Sea gishiri
- 300 g Jasmin shinkafa
- 1 Kwamfuta. Albasa
- 3 Kwamfuta. Gangar tafarnuwa
- 2 Kwamfuta. Paprika
- 2 Kwamfuta. Karas
- 1 tsp Saffron
- 1 Da hannu Baƙin dusar ƙanƙara
- Gishirin barkono
- 1 tbsp Brown launin ruwan kasa
- 1 tbsp Paprika foda
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Barkono
- 1 tsp Tafarnuwa foda
- 1 tsp Albasa foda
- 1 tsp Turmeric foda
- 0,5 tsp Cinnamon foda
Umurnai
- Soki fatar cikin naman alade da wuka mai kaifi. Sanya gefen naman tsayi, shafa tare da mai kuma tausa sosai tare da cakuda kayan yaji.
- Sanya cikin naman alade a cikin kwanon burodi kuma yayyafa fata da gishiri (don cire danshi daga fata). Rufe naman kuma bar shi a cikin firiji don 2 hours (zai fi dacewa da dare).
- Sa'an nan kuma cire gishirin gishiri daga fata sosai don kada ya yi gishiri sosai. Yanke fata tuntuni kuma a shafa shi da sauƙi da mai.
- Ana sanya naman a cikin tanda a digiri 180 na kimanin 1 ½ hours sa'an nan kuma a kan aikin gasa (digiri 250) na kimanin minti 5-10 har sai fata ta yi laushi.
- Dafa shinkafa.
- Bari saffron ya jiƙa a cikin 150 ml na ruwan dumi na kimanin minti 5. Sai a zuba a cikin shinkafar da aka dahu sai a jujjuya sosai har sai dukkan hatsin shinkafar ya zama ruwan dorawa na zinari.
- Yanke tafarnuwa da albasa zuwa kananan cubes. Yanke barkono, karas da dusar ƙanƙara cikin guda masu girman cizo. Soya komai tare a cikin kwanon rufi da kakar tare da gishiri da barkono. Ƙara shinkafa kuma a soya don ƙarin ƴan mintuna.
- Sai a yi amfani da soyayyen shinkafar da cikin naman alade (yanke cikin girman cizo).
