Sinadaran
- 125 g Rice
- 225 ml Water
- 0,5 tsp Salt

Ga marinade:
- 1 tbsp Sauyin soya mai haske (duba hoto na 3)
- 1 tbsp Soya miya mai zaki (duba hoto na 4)
- 1 tbsp Soya miya mai zaki (duba hoto na 5)
- 1 tbsp Giyar shinkafa (duba hoto na 2)
- 1 tbsp Ginger mai yankakken yankakken
- 1 Gangar tafarnuwa finely diced
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp sugar
- 0,25 tsp Barkono
Umurnai
Dafa shinkafa:
