Don cikawar caprese
- 1 bunch Basil
- 70 ml man zaitun
- 2 Yatsun kafa Tafarnuwa
- 60 g Soyayyen gyada
- 50 g Sunan mahaifi Pecorino
- 1 Kwamfuta. Jan Albasa
- 600 g Tumatir ceri mai launi
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Amai
- 2 harsasai mozzarella
- Salt
- Black barkono daga niƙa
Don crepe
- 150 g Gida
- 3 Kwamfuta. qwai
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 300 ml Milk
- 50 g Man shanu mai ruwa
- Man shanu da aka bayyana
- 2 tbsp Fresh cress

- Mix da gari da gishiri, qwai, madara da narke man shanu zuwa santsi kullu. Azuba man shanu mai laushi a cikin kwanon rufi (mai rufi), a gasa kullu a cikin sirara (guda 8) sannan a ajiye a gefe.
