Sinadaran
- 350 g Kadayif (mala'ika gashi)
- 800 ml Water
- 500 g sugar
- 0,5 Kwamfuta. Lemun tsami
- 400 g Butter
- 1,5 Kwamfuta. mozzarella
- 250 g Cream
- 1 kofuna Amma Yesu bai guje
- 1 fakiti Cream stiffener
- 1 fakiti Vanilla sukari
Umurnai
- Bari sukari da ruwa su tafasa a cikin wani saucepan na minti 40 har sai an kafa syrup. A cikin mintuna 5 na ƙarshe, ƙara ruwan 'ya'yan itace da sauran matsi.
- Narke man shanu a cikin saucepan.
- Cire ƙullun kullu har sai babu sauran dunƙulewa. A hankali a haxa cokali 10 na man shanu da hannuwanku ba tare da yin kullu ba.
- Sai ki rinka shafawa kwalin kadaif da man shanu da yawa sannan a raba kusan rabin kullun da ke cikinsa. Matsa zaren ɗin tare da mold na biyu, shimfiɗa mozzarella mai laushi, danna shi madaidaici, sanya sauran zaren a saman kuma sake danna lebur.
