Miyan wake na Turkiyya
Cikakken girke-girke na miyan wake na Turkiyya tare da hoto da umarnin mataki-mataki mai sauƙi.
- 500 g naman sa stew cubes
- 500 g busassun kananan farin wake
- 1 girman Albasa
- Karamin gwangwani 1 na yankakken tumatir
- Salt
- Barkono
- Paprika mai dadi
- 400 ml na naman sa stock
- 1 tsp granular broth
- 2 lita ruwan zafi
- Jiƙa wake cikin dare a cikin ruwan sanyi, dole ne a rufe su gaba ɗaya da ruwa, aƙalla ƙarin kwalban 1.
- Toka stew na naman sa.
- Ki yanka albasa ki zuba.
- Ƙara yankakken tumatir da kayan yaji.
- Sa'an nan kuma ƙara da wake-wake da kuma motsa kome.
- Yanzu ƙara naman sa, da granulated stock da ruwan zafi, da kuma kawo kome zuwa tafasa.
- Bari miya ta yi zafi a kan matsakaiciyar zafi don kimanin. 2-2.5 hours kuma motsa da kyau a tsakanin don kada wani abu ya tsaya a kasa, idan ya cancanta ƙara ruwa.
- Idan kuna son shi yaji, zaku iya motsawa cikin ƴan yankakken chilli flakes (powdered beaver)
