Sinadaran
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 1 bunch Ganyen miyan
- 300 g Naman alade mai yaji / Thuringian Mett
- 100 ml Kayan lambu broth
- 1 Albasa
- 1 fakitin Tumatir Sived
- Gishiri, barkono, tafarnuwa
- 2 tbsp man zaitun
Umurnai
- Kwasfa ganyen miya kuma a yanka a kananan cubes. Zafa man zaitun cokali 2 a cikin kasko sai a soya kayan lambu (kayan miya da albasa) na tsawon mintuna 3 – sai a zuba nikakken a dafa na tsawon mintuna 5.
- Shirya spaghetti
- Ƙara broth 100 ml da fakitin tetra 1 na tumatur mai tsafta a cikin kayan lambu da mince cakuda kuma bar shi ya yi zafi na wani minti 5. Ƙara gishiri, barkono da tafarnuwa foda kuma kuyi tare da spaghetti.
- Dan mu shine kayan lambu mai kayan lambu - amma yana cin duk abin da ke cikin miya da miya .-) Saboda haka, wannan bambancin Bolognese shine ainihin abinsa 🙂 Bon appetit!
