Ingredients
- 10 Peeled waxy potatoes
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 1 packet Diced Bacon
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 bunch Parsely
- 1 bunch Chives
- 1 cup Sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Chili powder
- Rosemary
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut into slices or cubes
- Clean and quarter the mushrooms, peel and finely dice the onion and garlic.
- Finely chop the herbs and add 3/4 to the sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little paprika powder.
- Heat the pan with a little oil. Fry the bacon, onions and garlic, then add the potatoes and when they are already slightly brown, add the mushrooms.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika and chili powder, add the remaining herbs.
