Hunter’s Pan with Herb Sour Cream

The perfect hunter’s pan with herb sour cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 10 Peeled waxy potatoes
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Pkg Diced Bacon
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • 1 a cup Sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Chili powder
  • Rosemary
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices or cubes
  1. Clean and quarter the mushrooms, peel and finely dice the onion and garlic.
  1. Finely chop the herbs and add 3/4 to the sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little paprika powder.
  1. Heat the pan with a little oil. Fry the bacon, onions and garlic, then add the potatoes and when they are already slightly brown, add the mushrooms.
  1. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and chili powder, add the remaining herbs.
