Hunter’s Pan with Herb Sour Cream

Ingredients
 

  • 10 Peeled waxy potatoes
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1 packet Diced Bacon
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Chili powder
  • Rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes and cut into slices or cubes
  • Clean and quarter the mushrooms, peel and finely dice the onion and garlic.
  • Finely chop the herbs and add 3/4 to the sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little paprika powder.
  • Heat the pan with a little oil. Fry the bacon, onions and garlic, then add the potatoes and when they are already slightly brown, add the mushrooms.
  • Season with salt, pepper, paprika and chili powder, add the remaining herbs.
