Alpîranî
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Pkg Goştê hişkkirî
- Cream cheese of your choice
- 200 g Mozzarella (with Ww take light)
- Xwê

Telîmata
- Cut the zucchini lengthways with a peeler into strips.
- Drain the mozzarella and cut into thin slices. Cut the ham into suitable strips.
- Now place a strip of zucchini on top, spread some cream cheese on top. Place 2 small pieces of mozzarella on top.
- Season with salt and pepper, then place 2 slices of ham on top.
- Now roll up the whole thing and place it upright in a baking dish.
- Continue until everything is used up.
- Bake the rolls at 200C for about 15 minutes. A fresh salad goes well with it. Good Appetite
