Alpîranî
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 300 g Peas Frozen
- 2 Ger tu bixwazî, kulîlkên sîr
- 1 çerm rûn
- 1 tsp Ard
- 200 g Kremê qamçî
- 250 g Bihayê sebzeyan
- Grated zest and juice of 1 organic lemon
- Xwê, bîber, şekir
- Basil and lemon wedges for garnish
Telîmata
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. Add the peas about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
- In the meantime, finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil. Braise the garlic in it. Sweat the flour in it. Deglaze with cream and stock, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in lemon zest and juice. Season the sauce. Drain the pasta. Mix with the lemon sauce and serve. Serve garnished with basil and lemons.
