Ingredients
- 1 bulbi foeniculi
- 3 Magna potatoes
- 200 g cabanossi
- 200 ml SOY crepito
- 150 g grated caseo
- 1 Ovum
- Sal, piper, muscata
Instructions
- Peel potatoes, incide eos in segmenta subtilia et in sartagine friges cum butyro parum clarificato circiter 6 minutas. Dimidium faeniculi, in segmenta subtilia incisa, tum pultem et post 6 minuta adde, alia 5 minuta Fry. (Si faeniculi vel petroselini subtiliter secant et addunt)
- Misce cum ovo cremor in aeno, misce bene cum sale, piper et muscata. Pone annuum mixtum in plano, uncta pistoria. Cremam infunde super eam et coques circiter 15 minutas ad 180 gradus. Sparge cum caseo et coques alia XV minuta.
