- 3 tsp Pistor pulveris, coated
- 1,5 tsp Pulvis Furnarius
- 30 g Sugar
- 1,5 tsp salis
- 600 g naturalis yoghurt
- 2 Ova
Instructions
- Yoghurt in patera pone, ova II adde et omnia optime movent. Pone farinam, avenae carnium, coquendi pulveris, nitro, nitro, saccharo et sale, in alia magna patera et bene misce.
- Adde nunc yoghurt ad farinam mixturam et omnia optime commisce ad lenis farinam formandam. Nunc vel ex eo tortam formant vel, sicut me, duos panes parvos formant et in coquendo scheda in coquendis papyris inclusa collocant.
- Panem nunc coques in furno preheatis ad CC gradus circiter XXX - XL minuta in medio eculeo et noli oblivisci phialam aquae calidae in furno propter aestum ponere.
