Ingredients

- 1 potes Mandarins
- Adipem coctione
- 2 tbsp Cocoes desiccated
- 2 Ova
- 60 g Sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 prement, salis

- 500 g Quark lean
- 25 g conspersa
- 2 tbsp Vanilla custard pulveris vel cornstarch
- 2 tsp pistoria pulveris
Instructions
- Liquere butyrum in aeno et modicum refrigerare. Exhaurire tangerines. Dimidia magna pecias. Panniculum unctionis (approx. 20 cm diametro) unge et cocco desiccato sparge.
- Ova separata. Vitella ovorum misce cum saccharo, saccharo vanilla et sale. Excita in butyro. Quark cum succo citreo misce et in ovo mixto stude. Adde farinam, vanilla eu puluerem (cornstarch) et puluerem coquendi et in tundendo. albumina ouorum percute, donec rigida et complica in.
- Dimidium fere mixtionis in sartagine fontis effunde et exaequabis. Dilata mandarina super. Reliqua quark mixtum superpone et leva. Coquamus ad 175 gradus circiter 25 ad 30 minuta. Frigidus sit in fornace cum ostio leviter aperta.
