Linguine Mediterranean!

Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Linguine
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 packet Pacific salmon frozen
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 0,5 Zucchini
  • 3 Paprika Wichtel orange e.g. Edeka, Aldi
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 0,5 packet Date and cherry tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • Dried basil
  • 1 tbsp Black pitted olives

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water. Then pour it onto a square tray and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends and slice into fine strips. Wash the tomatoes and cut in half.
  • Clean the peppers and cut them into fine strips.
  • Put olive oil in a pan, fry the salmon, remove and cut into cubes.
  • Put the onion in the pan and fry, gradually adding the zucchini and noodles, add a little vegetable stock and finish cooking. The stock should now be reduced.
  • Fold in the salmon & let the tomatoes run with it. Some basil & season.
  • I cut the olives once and only add them to the plate because my husband doesn’t like them.

Tip :

  • Also goes wonderfully with a sea bream!
