Linguine Mediterranean!
The perfect linguine mediterranean! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Linguine
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 packet Pacific salmon frozen
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
- 0,5 Pc. Zucchini
- 3 Pc. Paprika Wichtel orange e.g. Edeka, Aldi
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 0,5 packet Date and cherry tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- Chilli powder
- Dried basil
- 1 tablespoon Black pitted olives
- Cook the pasta in salted water. Then pour it onto a square tray and drizzle with olive oil.
- Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends and slice into fine strips. Wash the tomatoes and cut in half.
- Clean the peppers and cut them into fine strips.
- Put olive oil in a pan, fry the salmon, remove and cut into cubes.
- Put the onion in the pan and fry, gradually adding the zucchini and noodles, add a little vegetable stock and finish cooking. The stock should now be reduced.
- Fold in the salmon & let the tomatoes run with it. Some basil & season.
- I cut the olives once and only add them to the plate because my husband doesn’t like them.
Tip :
- Also goes wonderfully with a sea bream!
