Jam & Co: Aporo tunu ki te Marzipan

- 500 ml wai aporo
- 1 kg Aporo
- 500 g Tiaki huka 3: 1
- 3 tbsp karepe Rum
- Raihi 1
- 2 punetēpu Hazelnut pakarukaru
- 100 g Marzipan raw papatipu
- 1 rakau hinamona
- Kohia nga aporo me te hauwha, tangohia te matua ka tapahia ki nga poraka iti. Whakaranuhia ki te wai, te kiri rēmana me te wai, te rakau hinamona me te karepe. Tapahia te marzipan ka uru ki te huka pupuri. Waiho kia 1 haora.
- Bring the mixture to the boil and let it simmer for 4 minutes. Stir in the brittle – and if you like, a little calvados – bring to the boil again. Remove the cinnamon stick. Pour into prepared jars, close tightly and leave on the lid for 20 minutes.
- P: S :: I was really curious how this creation tasted. After cooling down, we had the first sample for breakfast today – and it tastes really delicious.
