- Wash the zucchini and carrots and then cut into strips with an economy or spiral cutter, set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan, fry the minced meat and onions until crispy, add tomato paste and roast with it. - While the sauce is simmering, heat the oil for the vegetables. Put the carrot and zucchini strips in the pan and fry for approx. 5 minutes.
