Flett tas-Sider tad-dundjan bir-ross tat-tadam u l-insalata tal-pitravi

Flett tas-sider tad-dundjan:
- 200 g flett tas-sider tad-dundjan
- 1 tbsp Żejt tal-qamħirrum
- 0,5 tsp Trab tal-curry ħafif
- 0,5 tsp Paprika ħelwa
- 2 niskatas kbar Melħ tal-baħar oħxon mill-mitħna
- 2 niskatas kbar Bżar ikkulurit mill-mitħna
- 2 tbsp Crème à la Cuisine 15% (for cooking)
Ross tat-tadam:
- 75 g ross basmati
- 275 ml Ilma
- 0,25 kuċċarina Melħ
- 0,5 tsp turmeric mitħun
- 200 g tadam chunky (½ bott)
Insalata tal-pitravi:
- 400 g Pitravi (imsajra!)
- 1 tbsp Ħall tar-ross ħafif
- 1 kuċċarina Melħ
- 1 tsp Zokkor
- 2 tbsp Crème à la Cuisine 15% (for cooking)
- 1 tixrid qawwi Meraq tal-lumi
Servi:
- 2 * 1/2 kleine Tomate zum Garnieren
Flett tas-sider tad-dundjan:
- Wash the turkey breast fillet, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into strips. Heat corn oil (1 tbsp) in a pan, add the turkey breast fillet strips and fry / stir-fry in them. Season with mild curry powder (½ teaspoon), sweet paprika (1 teaspoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colorful pepper from the mill (2 big pinches). Add crème à la cuisine (2 tbsp) and simmer for 5 – 6 minutes. Stir again and again.
Ross tat-tadam:
- Ħalli r-ross basmati (75 g) għall-ilma (275 ml) bil-melħ (1/4 kuċċarina) u turmeric (½ kuċċarina), ħawwad u sajjar bl-għatu magħluq fl-inqas temperatura għal madwar 20 minuta. Fl-aħħarnett, itwi t-tadam chunky.
Insalata tal-pitravi:
- Aqta’ l-pitravi l-ewwel fi flieli u mbagħad fi stikek. Żid ħall tar-ross ħafif (1 tbsp), melħ (1 kuċċarina), zokkor (1 kuċċarina) Crème à la Cuisine (2 tbsp) u ħawwad kollox bir-reqqa.
