Ingredients

for the mince

  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • Fresh herbs finely chopped e.g.
  • Marjoram, thyme, oregano, rosemary
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Stale bun
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 Chopped onion

also

  • 1 tbsp Frying fat
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 0,5 L Vegetable broth hot
  • Mushrooms out of the packaging
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 0,5 Onion
  • Cream

Instructions

  • Clean the mushrooms and cut into very fine cubes. Put the minced meat in a large bowl, add the mushrooms and shape into 1 or 2 false bunnies with the remaining ingredients.
  • Now fry the false rabbits in the pan on all sides until crispy, roast the finely chopped onion and the chopped garlic. When everything is nice and brown, pour the vegetable stock and cook the small false rabbits until soft for 20 minutes. And cut into slices. I like to make little fake rabbits because I always freeze one right away.
  • During this time, clean the remaining mushrooms and cut them into slices, finely dice the onion, roast both in the butter, pour a little water and cream and sprinkle with parsley.
  • There was boiled potatoes with it. Wish you have a good hunger .................
