Ingredients

dough

  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 200 g Whole grain biscuits
  • 2 tbsp Dark chocolate sprinkles
  • 3 tbsp Sugar

dough

  • 1200 g Cream cheese
  • 230 g Sugar
  • Ground vanilla pod
  • 220 ml Cream
  • 6 Eggs
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • Strawberry Jam

Instructions

dough

  • First let the anger out 😉 To do this, put the biscuits in a freezer bag and hit them. Either with a rolling pin, a hammer (please be careful, we don't want to destroy the kitchen) or just keep hitting the worktop. How small you make it depends on your personal taste, I like it when it crunchies 🙂
  • Now melt the butter. Put the crumbs in a bowl and pour the butter over it, stir well and stir in the sugar as well, as well as the chocolate. Now put in a springform pan and distribute. Press down nicely so that the floor is also hard. Then bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.

Covering

  • Stir the cream cheese with the food processor for 3 minutes. Then stir in the sugar and vanilla (also here it depends on the taste, I can add a little more ;-)). Then add the cream and eggs. Mix everything together until you have a smooth dough.
  • Now wash, clean and cut the strawberries. Spread on the baked base and top with the cheese mixture.
  • Now open the strawberry jam and dab it on the dough (not too big, otherwise it will sink completely, preferably with a small spoon) and put in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180 ° C. If it should turn brown, set it to 200 ° C 10 minutes before the end and observe.
  • Then let the cake cool down and then put it in the fridge for a few hours. Then Bon Appetit 🙂
