Stoofpotje: Aardappel – Preisoep

- 1kg Aardappelen
- 150 g mager spek
- 1 liter Groentebouillon
- 2 – 3 Leek sticks
- 1 bos Lente-uitjes vers
- 1 a cup Cream light 14.5%
- 1 bosje bieslook vers
- Schil de aardappelen, snijd ze in blokjes en was ze. Maak de prei en lente-uitjes schoon, snijd ze in ringen en was ze grondig. Was de bieslook, schud droog en snij in kleine rolletjes. Snijd het spek in blokjes.
- Cook the potato cubes and bacon in the broth for 15 minutes. Mix in the cream, leek and spring onions and simmer gently for another 5 – 8 minutes. Add the chives and serve. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
