- Zilowerereni nyemba m'madzi ozizira kuwirikiza kawiri dzulo lake. Peel anyezi ndi kudula mu cubes zabwino. Peel ndi finely kuwaza adyo. Chotsani chilli, finely kuwaza.
- Thirani anyezi, adyo ndi chilli mumphika wapamwamba kwambiri mu mafuta mpaka mutatuluka. Onjezerani nyemba, tomato, katundu ndi zonunkhira, sakanizani bwino ndikubweretsa zonse kwa chithupsa. Ndiye sinthani kutentha kwambiri. Ikani magawo a nyama, soseji mu chidutswa chimodzi ndi nyama yankhumba kudula mu zidutswa zazikulu. Valani chivindikiro ndikusiya zonse zizizira pamoto wochepa kwa pafupifupi. Mphindi 95 (osayambitsa).
