- 2 tbsp Mtedza wa nkhono

- Finely kabati Parmesan tchizi mu magawo awiri osiyana. Dulani minofu ya m'mawere a nkhuku mu zidutswa zoluma. Peel ndi kudula bwino anyezi. Mwachangu theka la nkhuku mu mafuta otentha mu poto yosakanizidwa, chotsani mu poto ndikuwonjezera mchere ndi tsabola. Chitani chimodzimodzi ndi theka linalo.
