Saltimbocca:
- 1 kg Njala za nkhuku zopanda mafupa

Spaghetti:
- 3 Shaloti
- 2 Manja a adyo
- 2 tbsp Phwetekere phwetekere
- 150 g Tomato odulidwa mu mafuta
- 1 tsp shuga

- 200 ml Tsabola wa adyo
- 200 ml Mchere wothira
- 200 ml Tsabola wa chitumbuwa
- 500 g Spaghetti
- Salt

Saltimbocca:

Put the skin to one side and season with a little salt, top with a couple of sage leaves and a slice of ham each. Then close with the skin.
