- 2 Timitengo ta leek pafupifupi. 600 g pa
- 450 g Kaloti
- 250 g Kirimu bowa
- 200 g Parsnips
- 200 g Mizu ya parsley
- 2 zinsinsi zazikulu Tsabola wamitundumitundu wochokera kumphero
- 2 zikho Dulani coriander

- Lolani nkhuku ya supu kusungunuka, kusamba (kuyeretsa ngati kuli kofunikira!) Ndipo yambani ndi pepala lakukhitchini. Peel ndi kudula masamba anyezi. Peel ndi kuwadula bwino adyo cloves ndi ginger. Tsukani/pakati pa tsabola, sambani ndi kudula bwino. Thirani mafuta a mpendadzuwa (2 tbsp) mumphika waukulu ndi mwachangu anyezi odulidwa, adyo clove, diced ginger ndi tsabola wa tsabola mwamphamvu. Onjezani nkhuku ya supu ndi deglaze / kuthira madzi (4.5 malita). Nyengo ndi mchere (1 tbsp) ndi tsabola (½ tbsp) ndi kuphika kwa ola limodzi. Pakadali pano, yeretsani / konzekerani masamba: yeretsani leek, sambani bwino ndikudula mphete. Pendani kaloti ndi peeler, perani ndi masamba scraper / peeler 1 pa tsamba limodzi lokongoletsa ndikudula magawo okongoletsa a maluwa a karoti (kukhuthala kwa 2 - 1 mm) ndi mpeni. Chotsani / tsukani bowa, mudule ndi kudula mu magawo. Peel parsnips ndi mizu ya parsley ndikudula zidutswa kapena magawo. Dulani coriander, sambani, gwedezani mouma ndi kudula ndi lumo lakukhitchini (pafupifupi makapu 3 odzaza!). Pambuyo pa ola limodzi onjezani masamba (ma leeks, kaloti, bowa, parsnips ndi mizu ya parsley) ndikuphika / kuphika kwa mphindi 4. Chotsani nkhuku ya supu, chotsani nyama, kudula mu cubes ndikubwezeretsanso mu supu. Nyengo ndi mchere wochuluka wa m'nyanja kuchokera pamphero (zinazi 2 zazikulu) ndi tsabola wachikuda kuchokera ku mphero (30 pinch zazikulu) (ngati mukufuna, mukhoza kuwonjezera zokometsera za Maggi!) Ndipo pindani mu coriander. Kutumikira supu yotentha.
