Kudzaza:
- 1 onaninso Salt

- 2 supuni shuga
- 1 pakiti Yisiti youma
- 40 g Butter
- 150 ml Mkaka
- 200 g Rhubarb yatsopano
- 2 Supuni shuga
- 2 Supuni Riesling youma
- 1 Supuni Wowuma chimanga
Msuzi:
- 500 ml Mkaka
- 1 Katundu. Poda ya custard

- 40 g Butter
- 1 Supuni. Salt
- 1 Chikho Water

Mkate wa yisiti:
- Knead zonse zosakaniza mwamsanga. Phimbani mtandawo ndi chopukutira chakukhitchini ndikuusiya kuti upume kwa ola limodzi.
- Sambani peeled rhubarb, odulidwa ndi shuga-coat. Lolani kuti ifike kwa mphindi 30.
- Onjezerani vinyo ndikubweretsa kwa chithupsa. Gwirani Mondamin ndi madzi ozizira pang'ono, onjezani, wiritsani, mulole kuziziritsa mu galasi.
- Sakanizani ufa wa pudding ndi mkaka pang'ono. Mkaka ndi supuni. Bweretsani shuga kwa chithupsa. Kokani mphika kumbali yake, gwedezani ufa wa pudding, bwererani ku mbale ndikubweretsa kwa chithupsa. Lolani kuziziritsa.
- Fumbi pamwamba pa ntchito ndi ufa, gawani mtanda mu 4 zidutswa. Pereka zidutswazo, kenaka pezani padera, mudzaze ndi compote, mpukutuwo kachiwiri.
- Ikani msuzi pa mbale, tsopano falitsani compote mu msuzi.
- Ikani batala mu poto yotentha. Sakanizani mchere m'madzi, kutsanulira mu poto. Ikani Zakudyazi za steamed, kutseka chivindikiro, kubweretsa kwa chithupsa, ndiye kuchepetsa kutentha mpaka akadali otentha. Zakudya zamafuta ochepa zimatenga pafupifupi mphindi 20-22.
