- Creme fraîche kwa zokongoletsa
- Parsley kwa zokongoletsa

- Peel shallots ndi kuwadula bwino. Dulani dzungu, pakatikati ndikudulani nyamayo kukhala ma cubes ang'onoang'ono. Muzimutsuka nkhuku pachifuwa ndi madzi ozizira, pat youma, chotsani zikopa ngati n'koyenera ndiyeno kudula mu tiziduswa tating'ono.
- Kutenthetsa mafuta anyama a batala ndikuwotcha shallots pamodzi ndi nyama ya dzungu ndi ma cubes a nkhuku. Kenaka yikani mphodza ndikuwaza ndi curry. Dulani chilichonse pang'ono ndikuwotcha ndi nkhuku yotentha. Simmer mofatsa pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 10 zabwino.
- Tsopano yikani msuzi ndi mchere, madzi a mandimu ndi uchi.
- Ikani msuzi womalizidwa mu kapu ya supu ndi kukongoletsa ndi chidole cha crème fraîche ndi parsley pang'ono ..... sangalalani ndi chakudya chanu .....

- Ndingakhale wokondwa kwambiri ngati aliyense angasiye ndemanga yabwino pa Chinsinsi choyambirira. Zovuta kapena malingaliro amalandiridwanso kwambiri, chifukwa ndimaphika ndi madzi okha. Wodziwa supu akukuthokozani pasadakhale.
