- 100 ml Yogurt
- 50 ml Kusintha
- 50 ml Madzi a phwetekere kapena madzi a beetroot
- 1 tbsp Phwetekere puree
- 1 Tomato wodulidwa
- 2 tbsp Parmesan tchizi
- 1 tbsp Mafuta ophikira
Pamwamba:
- 1 tsp Katsabola
- 2 tsp Paprika wokoma
- 1 onaninso Chili (tsabola wa cayenne)

- Sakanizani zowonjezera zonse kuzizizira, kenaka yikani zitsamba ndi zokometsera kachiwiri ndikugwedeza. Thirani mumtsuko wothirira ndipo mulole kuti ifike kwa mphindi khumi ndi zisanu. Sungani pamalo ozizira mpaka mutagwiritsidwa ntchito.
