- 1 tbsp Phwetekere phala anaikira katatu
- 1 onaninso shuga
- Mchere ndi tsabola
- 250 g Spaghetti

- Chotsani schnitzel. Thirani unga ndi kumenya bwino. Tembenukirani dzira losakanizidwa ndi mchere ndi mafuta ndiyeno mu zinyenyeswazi zosakaniza ndi Parmesan. Sakanizani mkatewo bwino.
- Thirani mafuta osakaniza ndi batala mu poto. Kuphika schnitzel kumbali zonse ziwiri pafupifupi. Mphindi 2 mpaka golidi.
- Kutenthetsa mafuta osakaniza ndi batala mu poto yachiwiri ndikuwotcha shallot wodulidwa bwino, clove wa adyo ndi sprig ya thyme. Onjezerani tomato wodulidwa ndikuwotcha ndi phala la phwetekere. Nyengo ndi mchere, tsabola ndi uzitsine shuga.
- Wiritsani spaghetti m'madzi amchere mpaka al dente ndikugwedezani.
- Konzani schnitzel pa mbale. Sakanizani spaghetti mu msuzi wa phwetekere, mutembenuzire ndi mphanda wa nyama ndikuyiyika pafupi ndi schnitzel. Zokongoletsa ndi masamba a basil. Kulakalaka Kwabwino.
