- Mchere, tsabola wachikuda kuchokera kumphero
- 1 tsp Spanish amasuta paprika
- 0,5 tsp Chilli flakes

- Sambani ndi kuyeretsa theka la paprika. Peel anyezi, kudula onse awiri. Kutenthetsa batala wa zitsamba mu poto, mwachangu paprika wodulidwa ndi anyezi mmenemo. Sungunulani tomato wouma bwino ndikudula mizere. Pamene anyezi ndi translucent, onjezani tomato ku poto, kuwonjezera mchere pang'ono ndi tsabola ku chirichonse.

- Popaka dzira, whisk mazira, cremefine, crème légère, pecorino, ajvar, nthangala za sesame ndi zitsamba pamodzi. Nyengo bwino ndi zonunkhira.
