- 2 Chidutswa Manja a adyo
- 1 tsp Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
- 3 tbsp Msuzi wa soya
- 1 tbsp Mango chutney
- 1 ang'onoang'ono Chinese kabichi mwatsopano
- 2 tbsp Mtedza wokazinga
- Coriander
- Salt
- Tsabola wakuda kuchokera kumphero
malangizo
- Sambani, ziume ndi kudula nkhuku.
- Peel adyo, kuwaza bwino kwambiri, pakani ndi mchere ndikusakaniza ndi mafuta a sambal, msuzi wa soya ndi chuttney. Tembenuzani nyama mmenemo ndi marinate ataphimbidwa kwa maola 1-2 mufiriji.
- Sambani Chinese kabichi, woyera, kudula munthu masamba. Ikani masamba pa choyikapo chotenthetsera (kapena mbale yosamva kutentha), yikani mchere ndi tsabola pakati ndikuyala nkhuku pa bedi la Chinese kabichi.
- Ikani basiketi ya steamer kapena mbale mu wok, ikani chivindikiro, kuphimba chirichonse ndi nthunzi pamoto wapakati kwa mphindi 12. Ngati ndi kotheka, tembenuzani nyama mosamala pakati kuti iphike mofanana.
- Kuwaza mtedza ndi kuwaza ndi coriander pa nyama, perekani nthawi yomweyo kutentha.
- Pepper ndi phwetekere mpunga zimayenda bwino ngati mbale!
