- Msuzi wa oyisitara, msuzi wa soya, vinyo wa mpunga, mchere, tsabola, mafuta a mtedza wokazinga
- 454 g Miyezi
malangizo
- Timayamba ndi kuwaza: kudula masamba mu zidutswa zabwino kupatula zophukira, finely kuwaza pepperoni, kuyeretsa bowa ndi kudula mu magawo woonda. Dulani minofu ya m'mawere a nkhuku kukhala mizere yabwino.
- Bweretsani wok ku kutentha kwa ntchito, onjezerani mafuta a mandimu pang'ono ku wok ndikuphika masamba ndi nyama payekhapayekha, choncho phikani masamba amtundu uliwonse payekha. Magawo okazinga amasonkhanitsidwa mu wok wachiwiri. Wiritsani aliyense ndi msuzi wa soya pang'ono (mulingo mosamala!), Msuzi wa oyisitara ndi madzi pang'ono (pafupifupi 3 - 4 supuni pa nthawi yowotcha). Onjezerani pepperoni ndi adyo kumalo otsiriza a masamba. Nyengo nyama ndi mchere ndi tsabola ndi mwachangu mu magawo. Thiraninso ndi msuzi wa soya ndi oyisitara. Gawo lomaliza la nyama limathiridwa koyamba ndi vinyo wa mpunga kenako ndi ma sauces awiriwo.
