- 5 lita Water
- 2 tsp Salt
- 300 g Selari

- 300 g Kohlrabi

Kaloti wa Caramelized:
- 400 g Kaloti
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp shuga
- Masamba opaka maluwa / peeler 2 mu tsamba limodzi lokongoletsa
Mbatata bowa:
- 800 g Mbatata
- 1 tsp Salt
- Apple divider
Kutumikirapo:
- 4 Masamba a parsley

Tafelspitz:
- Peel ndi kudula udzu winawake ndi kohlrabi. Sambani ndi kutsuka leek. Peel anyezi ndi adyo cloves. Sambani parsley ndikugwedezani youma.
