Ingredients
 

  • 3 tbsp Starch
  • 500 boiled Potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 30 g Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • Sal / pepper
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potatoes and then mash them (cold). Add the specified ingredients (without the oil) and knead well.
  • Roll out the dough and shape it into a round shape. Since the dough is very sticky, I always used some flour. I closed my eyes with a straw and closed my mouth with a small spoon.
  • Use a large saucepan for the oil so that it doesn't splash too badly. When the oil is hot, the smilies can go in. Until they are golden brown. I made Hackeklops with it and filled it with Parmesan and Emmental. Delicious!
