Quick Aperitif Pastries
The perfect quick aperitif pastries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Hazelnut paste
- 6 tbsp Ground hazelnuts
- 4 tbsp Sugar brown raw sugar
- 3 tbsp Water
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Utilization of leftovers for unexpected guests
- Mix the ingredients for the hazelnut paste well and spread over the puff pastry. Spread well.
- Roll up the puff pastry with the paste and cut approx. 1-2 cm thick slices. Looks like snail shells.
- Spread the rolls generously on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- In the oven for 13 to 15 minutes (may take a little longer depending on the thickness of the rolls). Take out and place on plate, done.
- The recipe arose out of necessity. Guests came unexpectedly, I had 30 minutes until they arrived and I wanted to be able to offer them something.
- Of course, many other ingredients can be used. Depending on what is available.
- En Guete wishes, Duchesse_Alex
