Ingredients
- 200 g Prawn fresh
- 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Horseradish
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- Salt and pepper
- Tabasco
- 1 shot Milk
- Oil for frying
- 1 clove Garlic
Instructions
- Clean, wash, season the prawns and fry in hot oil with the whole clove of garlic. Let cool down.
- Mix the creme fraichè with the mustard, horseradish and tomato paste, add the spices and season to taste.
- Add as much milk that the creamy consistency is not too firm. Now mix the dip with the prawns.
