Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Prawn fresh
  • 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Horseradish
  • 1 tsp Tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • Tabasco
  • 1 shot Milk
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 clove Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Clean, wash, season the prawns and fry in hot oil with the whole clove of garlic. Let cool down.
  • Mix the creme fraichè with the mustard, horseradish and tomato paste, add the spices and season to taste.
  • Add as much milk that the creamy consistency is not too firm. Now mix the dip with the prawns.
