  • 1 tsp Aniseed spice
  • 1 tbsp Cinammon
  • 1 tbsp Cloves
  • 1 tsp Dried orange peel

Sangria spice mix:

  • Grind the coarse spices and store them in the spice jar or roughly crush them and put them in a spice grinder.

for the punch or sangria:

  • Fill the seasoning in sachets or paper tea bags and scald with hot beverage liquid. If the liquid is cold, it can also be used loose with finely ground spice, which, however, can easily clump in the glass (if you like it).
