උපදෙස්
- Bring the water with the sugar to a boil. Sieve the cocoa powder.
- Remove the boiling water-sugar solution from the stove and stir in the cocoa well with the whisk.
- Pour the sauce into a clean glass and let it cool down. Store in the refrigerator for about 4 weeks.
- The sauce thickens a little when it is cooled, but becomes more liquid again when it is warmed up a little.
