- Clean the parsnips and cut into small pieces. Cut some onion into small cubes. Sauté in a little butter until translucent. Add parsnips and sauté. Pour on the cream. Cover and let simmer gently for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and coarsely puree. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
- 3 .... actually vegetarian, but I had fish with it 😉
