Bell pepper steaks:
- 2 300 g paprika steaks mu paprika marinade yepani uye grill
- 2 tbsp mafuta
Chinese cucumber saladi:
- 1 Nyoka cucumber approx. 400 g (yakacheneswa uye kutemwa anenge 250 g)
- 1 tbsp Chiedza mupunga vhiniga
- 1 tbsp Olive mafuta
- 1 tbsp shuga
- 1 tsp Medium inopisa yemasitadhi
- 2 mapinishi makuru Munyu wegungwa wakakora kubva pachigayo
- 2 mapinishi makuru Mhiripiri ine mavara kubva paguyo
Shumira:
- 1 Radhishi (2 halves) yekushongedza
Instructions
Bell pepper steaks:
- Brown the steaks mune pani yegrill nemafuta (2 maspuni) kumativi ese maviri kusvika. 3 - 4 maminitsi.
Chinese cucumber saladi:
- Geza gaka, pukuta nemapepa ekicheni, tsvaira nemucheka wekushongedza, ucheke nehafu yakareba, bvisa / bvisa mbeu nekapuni uye ucheke muzvidimbu zviduku (approx. 1 - 2 mm) nebanga.
